If GANA were to try something new…
We are considering a “workshop/health clinic” setting a few times a year throughout the country where local breeders can bring their dogs. For example, for the first one we are considering having an AKC judge (who has worked with us in the past) to do private evaluations in a strictly educational, non-competitive environment. In addition, we are considering having present an OFA ophthalmologist for eye exams, AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator present, and a professional photographer to get photos of your dogs and maybe also stacked pics with the assistance of our structure professionals help if you desire that. It will be a hands on event, not a lecture event. We will still have a lecture conference every 2-3 years. Do you like the idea of a hands on workshop and how far would you drive to attend?
